What a typical day looks like:
Establish and grow strategic alliances with key customers to drive long-term business value.
Analyze customer business strategies, product roadmaps, and expansion plans to align Flex resources for mutual benefit
Collaborate with Business Development and Finance teams to manage departmental budgets effectively
Support existing accounts in developing and executing product roadmaps, acting as a central point for delivering Flex’s end-to-end solutions—including concept development, industrial design, manufacturing, logistics, and reverse logistics
Advise senior leadership on talent management and acquisition strategies to enhance business capabilities.
What a typical day looks like
A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, or business.
Typically requires 10 years of progressively advancing account management and/or business development experience.
Experience selling EMS solutions; Power Solutions; Embedded Power
Experience working with Data Center or Hyperscale customers.
Ability to work with internal teams and executive management as well as external customers to maximize mutual benefit.
Experience in the EMS / CMO / engineering business environment.
Knowledge of Strategic Selling techniques.
Understanding of key financial metrics and capability to read P&L, balance sheets, ROI indicators, taking actions to meet customers’ needs and Flex targets.
Ability to successfully influence senior level management, executives, and key clients.
