This role serves as the primary business owner for the Workday implementation, driving the project from design through go-live and stabilization. Beyond the ERP, this Director will champion the end-to-end transformation of accounting processes and systems to ensure the function is scalable, highly efficient, and fully aligned with the company's aggressive strategic growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with deep, hands-on Workday expertise, a proven track record of successful, large-scale ERP implementation, and extensive experience in complex process redesign and change management.

The goal is to maximize efficiency, accelerate the close cycle, and enable a high degree of automation through the new ERP.

  • Strategic Transformation Roadmap: Develop, articulate, and champion the strategic roadmap for the future-state operating model, process architecture, and technology landscape for the entire Accounting and Finance function, leveraging Workday as the backbone.

  • Design and execute a robust, global change management strategy specifically tailored to the Workday transition, ensuring successful system and process adoption by all global accounting and finance teams.

  • Collaborate intensely with IT, external partners, Internal Audit, and executive leadership to govern the Workday project and align transformation initiatives with broader business goals and technology strategy.

  • Guarantee that all new Workday configurations, processes, and resulting financial statements comply fully with internal controls (SOX), US GAAP, and other regulatory requirements.
