Digital Technology Project Assistant Intern

Role Overview:
The intern will work with the Product Management lead to learn and support product management activities. The activities include supporting PO/Business analyst (BA) with application requirements sessions; helping organize PI planning, backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions. Working with business to coordinate UAT sessions and feedback, and facilitating sprint retrospectives. Helping PO with dashboard, reports and project KPI and metric reporting. This role will provide the intern with good project management and product management experience.

On a typical day you will:

* Organize and facilitate requirements gathering sessions

* Provide input into sprint planning, doing capacity analysis and confirming plan with business

* Work closely with PO and BA to provide administrative support

* Organize UAT feedback sessions, ensure test case assignments to business testers and following up on actions

* Maintain project calendar and resource tracking

* Support keeping track of project activities in Planview and for time reporting

* Help with ADO clean up and streamlining features, stories and tasks

The intern will be part of a highly visible strategic initiative to roll out Salesforce and Field Service solutions to Tier 1 countries. This will provide them exposure to the global field organization, a good understanding Otis business, and interactions with key leaders in the organization.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

*Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, information systems, computer science, or a related field

* Interest in delivering technology solutions to meet business needs (this position will be technical)

* Someone well organized and pays attention to detail

* Customer service experience interacting with people at various levels of the organization

* Someone who can work with minimal direction - self-starter

* An interest in understand field service business, Salesforce and mobile technologies

Salary Range:

The hourly range for this role is $25-26/hr.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future.  Pay within the range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
