About the Role

Is responsible for determining the digital strategy of the company when it comes to the different customer segments. Identify the uniqueness of each segment and ensure that the digital platforms respond to these particular demands. The position will be tasked to coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure that their digital outputs align with the expectations of the particular segment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Research on and identify which digital platforms, will allow the company to maximize the opportunities of each particular segment. This will include the identification of the manner of implementation and the business model that will enable the optimum response
  • Work with the  information technology departments and business owners for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems in order to meet the expectations of the different customer segments.
  • Monitor and track digital issues that impacts the behaviour of the different customer segments. Coordinate with different stakeholders in order to resolve the issues that are detected or reported by users. Investigate the possible root causes and recommend solutions to these identified issues
  • Design digital processes that will ensure a 1) coherent flow of information and data, 2) convenient and easy user experience 3) consistency with system capabilities and limitations 4) efficient transitions with minimum wastage 5) intuitive designs that respond to the unique expectations of the different segments
  • Identify the demands of specific customer segments and ensure that relevant information technology departments and third-party vendors are aligned with this demands in terms of design, implementation and execution. Ensure the service levels are kept and that they are consistently met.
  • Meet with bank partners and different partners to establish mutually acceptable campaign parameters, deliverables and metrics that can target a particular segment effectively.
  • Lay down the requirements to the Training team in terms  of the knowledge that needs to be relayed the Sales Team – taking particular consideration to the uniqueness of each segment and how they respond to digital platforms
  • Benchmark the process, design, metrics and busines model that is being implemented for the campaign against competitors and against other internal campaigns so that best practices can be adopted
