Oversee and Create a Plan for Content
Using Airtable, the calendar, collaboration with internal communications, and client input, plan what items will be shown on Digital Signage. Identify clients for each event/message. Maintain Airtable updating information gathered from the calendar and clients.
Acquire Content from Clients and Contributors
Communicate and collaborate with clients and contributors collecting details about the event. Organize and minimize the content into the appropriate format for use on digital signage. Update Workfront and Airtable as changes are made to dates, times, location, or other pertinent information.
Create Workfront Projects
Use Workfront to input the content that is to be used on the digital signage for the event/message. Update the approval process listing the client(s) as approvers. Ensure that the project is created with great accuracy and detail and in a timely manner to give Digital Media sufficient time to complete the project and all scheduling to be completed. Ensure the quality and integrity of information submitted for placement on Digital Signage, knowing that the details given will be publicly displayed.
Schedule Signage
Utilizing the digital signage software, schedule and test the images provided by Digital Media so that images show in a timely manner and in the right locations. Delete the content that has expired. Organize the images so that they are shown chronologically.
