Job Description:

The Services Digital Sales Representative (DSR) is the primary sales role responsible for driving timely service renewals, conversions, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling for commercial and mid-market customers. The Services DSR plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and long term value, collaborating with the wider HPE and channel.

This position will be based in our Spring, TX office, 5 days per week.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for customer retention and delivering Net Dollar Retention to HPE through:

  • Managing the end-to-end renewal cycle for assigned customer accounts. Ensuring timely and accurate renewals for their services. Positioning the value of services and addressing any concerns around contracts or pricing.
  • Developing strong relationships with customers to identify opportunities to add new services to the existing contract: include additional devices (conversion of packaged support services, uncovered boxes, multivendor), upsell to Tech Care and upsell with lifecycle services.
  • Proactively engage with customers primarily through digital channels to educate, advise, and secure renewals.
  • Identifying compelling events (delivery events, win back opportunity) to sell new solutions or attached value services to the customer outside of the renewal cycle.
  • Engage with Commercial DSRs to align on account renew/refresh strategy ensuring customer lifecycle value.

Education and Experience Required:

  • University or Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically, 1+ years of selling experience.
  • Experience developing positive relationships and solving customer problems.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient communication skills (e.g., written, verbal, presentation).
  • Excellent Leadership, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • In-depth understanding of core company businesses and the revenue cycle.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of the customer/partner requirements.
  • Sales Forecasting: Utilize Power BI Dashboards and SFDC to proactively forecast deals toward sales quota and effectively bridging sales gaps.
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with external customers/partners up to the Director level.
  • Solid financial and business acumen.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement customer-specific process improvements.

USD Hourly: $35.96 - $83.13
