Position:

Digital Project Manager

Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is a global provider of products, services, and solutions to industrial and commercial users of electronic components and enterprise computing solutions. With 2024 sales of $27.9 billion, Arrow develops technology solutions that improve business and daily life. The company maintains 228 locations worldwide with over 85 countries served.

A Fortune 154 company with 21,500 employees worldwide, Arrow brings technology solutions to a breadth of markets, including telecommunications, information systems, transportation, medical, industrial, and consumer electronics. Arrow provides specialized services and expertise across the entire product lifecycle. Arrow does this by connecting customers to the right technology at the right place, time, and price. Arrow provides extraordinary value to customers and suppliers - the best technology companies in the world - and connects them through the company's industry-leading services.

Digital at Arrow means more than AI and technology implementations. At Arrow, we believe that data-enabled capabilities, customer-centric experiences, and insight-driven decision-making are essential for delivering customer value and driving business growth at scale. The Digital organization develops scalable, innovative business strategies and commercial capabilities that enable our Global Components business to thrive.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Business Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic projects that enhance our business performance and customer value proposition. This is a business-focused role that partners closely with Product Management, Commercial, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and other teams to ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a business strategy role that thrives in uncertainty - you'll tackle complex commercial challenges where the problem itself needs defining before solutions emerge.

How to Apply:

Internal Employees: Please submit your updated resume in English and ensure you use only your Arrow email address.

External Candidates: Please submit your updated resume in English.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Navigate intentionally ambiguous Project opportunities - comfortable when projects start as "figure out how to capture this opportunity" rather than detailed requirements
  • Lead strategic business transformation projects where the path forward isn't always clear, comfortable defining problems as much as solving them
  • Navigate ambiguous requirements and shifting priorities, structuring approaches to complex business challenges that don't come "wrapped in a neat bow"
  • Partner with senior business leaders to translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, even when the full scope emerges over time
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams through iterative discovery processes, adapting plans as business needs and market conditions evolve
  • Synthesize insights from incomplete information to drive decision-making and maintain project momentum in uncertain environments
  • Facilitate strategic conversations between business leaders, helping align diverse stakeholder perspectives on complex commercial initiatives
  • Drive adoption of new business processes, B2B  strategies, and organizational capabilities across international markets
  • Apply business judgment to balance competing priorities and resource constraints while maintaining focus on business outcomes
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by capturing and applying lessons learned to future projects.

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience , including the demonstrated ability to create a project plan from scratch.
  • Proven track record managing business transformation or strategic change initiatives in a digital or B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Scrum, LeSS, or hybrid approaches).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking - this role requires understanding business dynamics, not managing technical implementations
  • Proven experience leading ambiguous, exploratory business initiatives.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Advanced English Level

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (Preferred)

  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Aha, Microsoft Project)
