Job Description:

The Digital Marketing & Council Coordinator supports the Foundation for Oral Rehabilitation (FOR), in delivering its global mission to advance excellence in oral rehabilitation through education, science, and humanitarian collaboration.

This position combines hands-on digital marketing execution with coordination of scientific and educational activities across FOR’s global network. The role will focus on maintaining FOR’s digital presence, supporting its global councils, particularly the Scientific Council and Emerging Leader Program (ELP), and Education Council, and assisting in the organization of webinars, online events, and communication campaigns.

The position is based in Kloten (Zurich area), Switzerland, operating in close collaboration with the Marketing Communications Manager and Executive Director of FOR.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the FOR website in alignment with global campaigns and educational events.

  • Execute digital content publication, SEO optimization, and performance tracking using Google Analytics and related tools.

  • Manage daily social media operations (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X) through Sprout Social, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.

  • Support digital campaigns, community growth, and communication with the global FOR audience via Intercom and CRM tools.

  • Coordinate the activities and governance of FOR’s Scientific Council, Education Council and Emerging Leader Program (ELP), including meeting organization, documentation, and member communication.

  • Assist in planning and executing webinars, hybrid meetings, and global educational events using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cvent.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data analytics to support campaign and event performance.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Science, and Education teams to ensure brand alignment, compliance, and excellence in stakeholder engagement.

Job Requirements:

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Life Sciences, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or project coordination.

  • Hands-on experience with CMS (WordPress, Drupal, or similar) and social media tools (Sprout Social).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in healthcare, education, or non-profit sectors.

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and digital reporting dashboards.

  • Familiarity with event platforms (Cvent, Zoom Webinar) and CRM systems (Intercom, HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Additional European language skills (German, Spanish, or French).

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.

Work Location: Kloten (Zurich area), Switzerland.

Travel Requirements: Occasional international travel (approx. 5–10%) for events and other meetings.
