We have an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join team of staff.

This is a Full time role for 37.5hours a week.

Duties of this role include:

  • Utilise Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track, analyse, and report on website performance metrics.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of marketing campaigns to evaluate ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement tracking strategies for new marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve digital marketing strategies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics and marketing.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing and troubleshooting analytics implementation.
  • Perform A/B testing and other optimisation experiments to enhance website and campaign performance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support broader marketing and business goals.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing analytics
  • Expertise in GA4
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite especially Excel and Power Point.
  • Strong technical proficiency with web technologies and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards using Power BI and Looker Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
