Job Description:
An opportunity for a Digital Integration and Coordination Manager Services has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Digital Integration and Coordination Manager, you will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives within our customer-facing operations, ensuring a seamless and innovative experience for our clients in the aerospace and defence sectors. You will act as a key liaison between our digital solutions and customer needs, particularly in aircraft maintenance and flight operations.
* Lead and support digital transformation projects focused on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency within aircraft maintenance and airline/flight operations.
* Analyze project plans, project progress and stakeholders feedback to identify opportunities and risks.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., IT, engineering, sales) to develop and implement new digital tools and platforms tailored to customer needs.
* Manage customer relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for digital solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Conduct compliance and finacial assessments of the ongoing projects, able to produce executive summaries and take corrective actions.
* Champion a customer-oriented approach throughout the digital product lifecycle, from conception to post-implementation support.
* Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of digital initiatives, aligning them with overall business objectives.
SKILLS:
* Proven experience in Aircraft Maintenance, Airline and Flight Operations or Aerospace Industry.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
* Demonstrated experience in driving or supporting Digital Transformation initiatives, preferably in a customer-facing role.
* Exceptional customer-oriented approach, with a commitment to understanding and meeting client needs.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate as a Team Player in a cross-functional environment.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
