The Digital Implementation Analyst role will be responsible for developing and delivering robust, actionable reporting on digital experiences. Collaboration with various stakeholders to provide insights from digital and offline experiences. The ability to analyze, design, test and create reports which enable the business community to achieve their goals and objectives is critical to the success of this role. The Digital Implementation Analyst will contribute to the web analytics strategy and customer journey analysis by enhancing the rich data being captured in our digital methodologies from Adobe Analytics, Adobe Data Warehouse, Google Analytics and Offline databases. The Digital Implementation Analyst will be responsible for transferring the insights into meaningful reports for business stakeholders to consume the data.
Reporting & Data Visualization: Promote the design, development, and maintenance of actionable reporting dashboards, primarily in Power BI, and Adobe Analytics, translating complex digital and offline data into clear, consumable visualizations for marketing and business stakeholders.
Customer Journey Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis using Adobe Analytics data to map, measure, and optimize key segments of the eCommerce customer journey, identifying friction points and conversion opportunities.
Marketing Performance Reporting: Define, track, and report on core eCommerce marketing KPIs and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to drive revenue and customer lifetime value (CLV).
Data Manipulation and Integrity: Execute data validation, troubleshoot data gaps, and perform necessary data manipulation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all reported metrics, bridging data from the digital front-end (Adobe Analytics) with backend systems (e.g., SAP/Offline databases).
Technical Implementation Liaison: Document business requirements for metrics and measurements, assisting developers with the technical implementation in Adobe Launch to guarantee the data layer and tracking setup supports the required visualization and analysis needs.
Tagging Governance and Maintenance: Proactively monitor and maintain the digital analytics and tag management systems, ensuring governance standards are met and systems are updated to support evolving business and reporting requirements.
Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the key analytical liaison, presenting analysis findings and recommendations to various stakeholders and collaborating with IT, Marketing, and Product teams on data integration and reporting projects.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring reports align with organizational goals
Advise stakeholders on system capabilities and provide recommendations for optimizing data tracking, integration, and reporting processes
Continuously review analytics methodologies, implementing best practices to streamline data integration and reporting
Maintain Smartsheet or equivalent tool to document project timelines, status updates, and stakeholder communications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a Business discipline or equivalent work experience
2-4 years of prior experience in testing, troubleshooting, and validation methods to confirm results are being captured accurately
2+ years experience in tag management platforms such as Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, etc
Experience with visualization tools
Highly proficient in HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Expertise in digital tracking of multiple/single page application sites
Experience in understanding and translating functional requirements
Detail oriented, with experience in requirements gathering
Proficient with MS Excel, Google suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP BW
Adobe Analytics and PowerBI experience
