What you will do:
What we are looking for:
You will support the engagement team in areas that include, personalisation, segmentation, automated communications, content management, event management, email and SMS tools, campaign-specific web developments, and App integration so will need strong IT skills and able to navigate systems
Competent in using excel at an advanced level including using formulas - this will be tested at interview stage
Google analytics experience would be advantageous
Experience in a pensions environment would assist further with the understanding of the terminology used and processes involved
You can demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to articulate information in front of stakeholders
You must be analytical and be comfortable defining and reviewing customer journeys
