We’re looking for an exceptional Digital Adoption Solutions Engineer to help take internal digital adoption projects to the next level. As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll help bring our products to life by focusing on delivering high-quality technical implementations according to pre-defined business objectives and designing user experiences.
The Solutions Engineer will be an integral part of the DAP CoE and will be responsible for high-visibility internal projects, spanning all company departments and giving exposure to many different roles and functions within WalkMe and beyond.
The WalkMe Center of Excellence (CoE) leads internal cross-departmental digital adoption, operational excellence projects and continuous improvements through digital transformation, software implementation and process design, from initiation to implementation, promoting continuous improvements in mindset and culture.
Within this framework, the DAP function (Digital Adoption Platform) is specifically tasked with implementing our own software internally on SAP systems, to support Digital Transformation and Change Management in a way that helps drive our employees work more efficiently and effectively.
