The International Business Leader Neurology (IBL) is a member of the Lifecycle Leadership Team and is responsible for the Elecsys Neurology portfolio end to end. The IBL synchronizes the overarching Neurology strategy and portfolio solutions along the patient journey in close collaboration with the Personalized Healthcare Solutions (PHCS) team as well as internal and external Pharma partners in a technology agnostic approach across customer areas and business areas.
The IBL is a key interface in translating customer and business needs, as well as strategy on several levels into clear priorities for the International Business Team (IBT), to guide the focus of the IBT’s experts and squads. As such, the IBL will closely work with the Customer Area Core Lab, the regions and affiliates, the corresponding Functional Partners who link to IBTs, as well as collaborate across Networks to deliver comprehensive and successful Customer Solutions.
Your impact:
Create and drive the long-term strategic vision and product roadmaps for your assigned segment in close collaboration with the Lifecycle Leader (LCL) and Project Leader (PL).
Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates regarding the overall LCT product portfolio, facilitating clear communication and support.
Identify and elaborate on new market opportunities while proactively managing potential market risks to safeguard portfolio growth.
Drive strategic partnerships with Roche Pharma and external partners to develop integrated solutions that enhance the patient journey.
Collaborate across various Customer Areas and Business Areas to synchronize the Neurology roadmap and ensure cohesive strategic planning.
Define common objectives and KPIs for the Network, building on priorities established by Customer Areas and LCTs.
Lead the effort to mobilize the organization—including regions, sites, and local management—to support the growth and profitability of the product portfolio.
We are looking for a professional with a University degree in a scientific and/or business-related field (e.g., life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, economics, business administration or similar), with experience working in an affiliate and/or global leadership roles. A previous experience in neurology is a strong asset.

Senior-level experience leading, motivating, coaching, and developing people and teams to drive customer focus in our mindset, work priorities, and collaborative behaviors
Extensive progressive global business and commercial leadership experience, preferably in diagnostics/medical devices.
High level of subject matter expertise in diagnostics, including a deep understanding of the diagnostic lifecycle, development processes, and global trends.
Proven experience in building and providing effective leadership for teams, aligning with Roche Values and leadership capabilities.
Experience working with international markets.
