Title:
DG BOSS: Upholsterer (FN)
- Performs upholstery repairs on vehicles and equipment.
- Repair or replace damaged or worn upholstery in all vehicles and equipment.
- Repair or replace upholstery to match existing material and workmanship quality.
- Repairs and fabricates headliners of all types of motor vehicles including door cover panels.
- Remove old upholstery and linings from vehicles.
- Take measurements and select appropriate materials to be used.
- Sew materials together and fasten them in place.
- Finish with trims and edging.
- Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned to meet organizational/operational objectives.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be familiar with the use of sewing machines and understand the importance of performing operational maintenance of the machine.
- Must be familiar with the fabrics required.
- Must know how to interpret drawings.
- Must speak, read, and understand the English Language.
- Must pass overseas medical screening and be in good health.
- Must have a valid country of origin’s driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications

EDUCATION:
- Must have at least a High School diploma is required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Must have at least three (3) years of work experience in upholstery repairs on vehicles and equipment.
