About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Developer – CI/CD with 1–3 years of experience to join our Platform & Infrastructure Engineering team. In this role, you will help design, maintain, and enhance our continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, enabling developers to build, test, and deploy software efficiently and reliably. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure our automation, build systems, and deployment frameworks are modern, scalable, and secure.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Buildkite, or GitHub Actions.
Support the build and deployment infrastructure across cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
Troubleshoot build and deployment failures and collaborate with development teams to identify and fix root causes.
Implement automation scripts to streamline code integration, testing, and deployment processes.
Work with senior engineers to optimize build times and enhance developer productivity.
Support monitoring, logging, and alerting for CI/CD systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
Maintain artifact repositories and package management tools such as Artifactory, Nexus, npm, or Maven.
Contribute to documentation and best practices for CI/CD workflows and automation frameworks.
Required Skills and Experience
1–3 years of experience in software development, DevOps, or build/release engineering.
Basic programming experience in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with one or more CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Buildkite).
Understanding of build tools such as Bazel, Make, Gradle, or Maven.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git and branching strategies.
Experience working with Linux environments (Ubuntu, Amazon Linux).
Familiarity with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail.
Preferred/Additional Skills
Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation).
Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS or Azure).
Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
Understanding of package management and artifact repositories.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and contribute to process automation initiatives.
Experience with .NET application build and deployment automation.
