This position aims to cover 3 main activities in ATDC:
1. Recruitment include interns
2. Staffing activities
3. Training activities
We recruit all diverse profiles.
1. Fulfilling ATDC recruitment needs based on business needs and related KPIs, ensuring on time and on quality delivery as well as recruitment data analysis and reports, adhere to recruitment guidelines and process;
2. Support employee marketing activities and other Airbus employment activities in Tianjin;
3. Being responsible for staffing activities in Tianjin including: On boarding, leaving, mobility, certification etc. Ensuring documentation and process compliancy;
4. Support Training deployment and monitoring of budget, completion rate and competence management related topics, adhere to training guidelines and process
5. Support Leadership/culture change activities deployment in Tianjin such as I&D event, AD event, iCompany promotion and bi-weekly inspiring corner etc;
6. Support employees benefits government related activities such as Binhai Talent allowance
7. Support audit for all above topics, contribute to policy and process streamline for all above topics
8. Other develop related activities
EDUCATION: Bachelor degree and above.
EXPERIENCE: 2 years experience in the manufacturing industry HR domain preferred

LANGUAGE: fluent English both in written and oral speaking
KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: Data analysis skills, GSuit skills
ABILITIES: Continuously learning
DRIVER / VALUES: Self driven, structured mindset and result oriented, customer focused
