Full Time, On-Site Role (Hybrid after 6 months)
Location: 7 Corporate Drive, Keene, NH 03431
You will contribute by:
Proactively managing end-to-end promotional ad planning, including forecasting at the SKU level for assigned customer groups for promotional and turn activities on a weekly basis.
Managing distributions, ad changes, and additions from the time C&S receives the information until booking expiration.
Maintaining, analyzing, and adjusting the turn forecast as needed.
Performing real-time promotional analysis of ad items to ensure the highest service levels with minimal inventory.
Running and reviewing reports analyzing the quantity of product allocated to promotional activity as it relates to turn forecasts for C&S overall.
Maintaining communications with internal C&S procurement teams as needed.
Preparing for and participating in weekly ad conference calls with assigned customer group(s) to review upcoming promotional activities.
Participating in daily customer service level reviews.
Optimizing C&S demand planning tools to achieve a proactive and adaptable approach to forecasting for assigned customer groups.
Providing weekend coverage 4-5 weekends per year and supporting holiday actions or troubleshooting activities.
Performing other tasks as needed.
We’re searching for candidates with:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills.
Analytical and math-based skills; working knowledge of statistics.
0-2 years of wholesale experience; retail experience is a plus.
Willingness to travel minimally to other offices for cross-training purposes.
