Who you’ll be working with:
If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
You’ll be responsible for the following:
Merchant Onboarding and Integration: Manage the end-to-end integration process for new merchants, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Service Delivery Management: Act as the primary point of contact for merchants during and after the integration process. And as the primary point of contact during and after delivery of configuration based products and services.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Product, Sales, Cybersecurity, Customer Experience and other business and technical stakeholders.
Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee integration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the integration and service delivery processes.
We’re looking for:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT leadership or management, with significant, demonstrable experience across Project, Portfolio, and Service Delivery domains.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Certifications (Required/Preferred): Professional certifications are highly desirable, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL (Intermediate or Expert) and relevant portfolio/program management certifications.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale IT programs/projects.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for IT organizations. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, particularly in managing executive-level business and IT stakeholders.
