Dedicated Well-Being Coordinator - Cigna Healthcare -Remote

Summary: 

The Dedicated Well-Being Coordinator is responsible for developing short- and long-term well-being strategies to support a culture of health for the multi-site client utilizing Cigna and third-party resources to influence and support the implementation and growth of the well-being program. The Dedicated Well-Being Coordinator works closely with their client, organizational leaders, and their matrix partners, the Cigna Organizational Well-Being Strategy team, the Cigna account team, and internal matrix partners to support and implement a total population well-being solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner and collaborate with the client's benefits and wellness teams to develop and execute a well-being strategy that aligns with the client’s mission and priorities. 
  • Identify opportunities and develop strategies to embed well-being into the organization’s dispersed and diverse workplace environments. 
  • Coordinate well-being programs, events, challenges, and campaigns to promote overall well-being. 
  • Provide resources, tools, and education to support employees’ physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Collaborate with the client's third-party wellness vendors to drive value and integration. 
  • Support the development and deployment of well-being communications to meet the needs of the client population. 
  • Collaborate to develop, build, engage, and provide ongoing support for client well-being champion networks and/or well-being committees. 
  • Conduct regular assessments of key analytics, assess value, and evaluate strategy to determine progress and evolution toward a culture of well-being. 
  • Maintain a visible presence on-site to answer questions about available benefits and wellness resources.
  • Plan and execute onsite health fairs, flu shot clinics, biometric screenings, and other wellness events as needed by the client.
  • Keep track of budgets and expenses related to wellness initiatives.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with internal leaders and external stakeholders. 
  • Guide existing and emerging industry trends in health promotion and well-being. 
  • Partner with Cigna peers to share best practices and opportunities to drive best-in-class services to our clients. 
  • Skilled in strategic thinking and planning.

  • Ability to manage multiple organizations (Cigna & client) workflows and teams. 

  

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 plus years of experience in strategic program design, strategy execution, and employer well-being experience & engagement.
  • Industry certification, such as CHES, Chapman, WELCOA, or worksite wellbeing programs, preferred. 
  • Experience working with large, multi-site employers. 
  • Experience developing, executing, and evaluating workplace well-being strategy. 
  • Experience collaborating with vendor partners. 
  • Experience working with employer benefits, organizational wellbeing, and data to identify trends and opportunities. 
  • Experience developing activities to address organizational needs. 
  • Flexible, ability to adapt and meet the needs of various populations.  
  • Must be able to build rapport and present confidently to all levels of stakeholders. 
  • *Must be able to travel once a quarter to client's site in Bozeman, MT and may require overnight stay.  (Travel covered by Cigna. )
  • ​*Preference for applicants residing in Mountain or Pacific time zones to support client needs and population.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 59,600 - 99,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
