Title: Decision Intelligence Developer
Location: Warsaw
Hybrid Model: 3 days per week from office
Pharmaceutical Technology and Development (PT&D) is the organization that turns brilliant science into actual medicines that help millions of people. We work across the entire value chain, designing and delivering active ingredients, formulations and devices for new medicines and providing expert technical support to all AstraZeneca’s commercial drug substances and products to ensure we successfully supply medicines to patients.
Join Clinical Manufacturing & Supply (CM&S) within Operations as a Decision Intelligence Developer—a key role building and delivering decision-centric digital products that improve reliability, productivity, and waste reduction across our clinical portfolio, helping us deliver medicines to patients and advance our Bold Ambition: 20 new medicines by 2030.
As a Decision Intelligence Developer, you will convert approved user requirement specifications and prioritized user stories from Decision Architects and business teams into secure, scalable, and business-ready digital products that power data-driven decisions in the clinical supply chain.
Working within a team of developers you will own the technical execution end to end—solution design, build, integration, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management—ensuring each product is reliable, compliant, and easy to adopt within operational workflows.
Partnering closely with Data Governance and Data Product teams, you will embed data quality, lineage, and security controls, leverage reusable data assets, and operationalize analytics to deliver clear, explainable, and actionable recommendations.
You will engineer decision-centric experiences that connect data to insights, insights to decisions, and decisions to measurable outcomes, with robust observability, SLAs, and incident management to sustain performance. Operating autonomously across multiple agile initiatives (MVP through iterative releases), you will manage backlogs, run sprints, and deliver incremental value, while coordinating with Business Process Leads to ensure seamless workflow integration, change management alignment, and adoption.
Through coaching and technical guidance, you will strengthen the broader decision intelligence capability and help realize strategic objectives in reliability, productivity, and waste reduction.
