What You'll Be Doing
Operate dozer equipment to move earth, rock, and other materials efficiently and safely
Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance
Collaborate with site team to ensure safe and productive operations
Follow site plans and supervisor instructions to meet production goals
Identify and report equipment or safety issues promptly
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment
Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team setting
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Commitment to reliability, punctuality, and continuous improvement
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with company safety standards
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
