Minimum 5+ years of experience in a data leadership role, preferably within the travel or supply chain industry.
Proven experience in managing and mentoring data analysts.
Strong understanding of data analysis methodologies, including SQL, statistics, and machine learning (a plus).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio).
Experience working with data pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear and actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
A passion for the travel industry and a deep understanding of online travel agent (OTA) business models (a plus).
