The Senior Data Fulfillment Associate serves as a subject matter expert in data research, validation, and operational process optimization. This role goes beyond data entry and verification — it plays a critical part in ensuring data integrity, driving process improvements, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex data workflows while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional partners.


What you’ll do

  • Lead advanced data research, validation, and analysis initiatives to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex or exception-based data issues, troubleshooting root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and partner with leadership to recommend and implement workflow improvements.
  • Train, mentor, and provide quality oversight for Data Research Associates and other team members.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on data quality expectations and deliverables.
  • Interpret and analyze operational metrics to provide actionable insights and reporting to leadership.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of internal systems, tools, and data governance standards, ensuring adherence to operational best practices
  • May at times act as a lead, assisting with the work of others and addressing questions as a SME when available.
  •  Perform various fulfillment activities including but not limited to verification, validation, extensive research, coordination with different operational processes and  reconciliation of documents 

What experience you need 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience) or

  • 5+ years of experience in data operations, research, or a high-volume processing environment.

  • Proven track record of analyzing data workflows and driving process improvements.

  • Strong familiarity with enterprise data systems, document management tools, and reporting platforms.

  • Experience supporting or leading small teams or cross-functional initiatives preferred.
