Our priority is to make sure we hire professional customer service data entry representatives that care about the safety of our drivers and the service provided to the community. As a customer service data entry representative with us the minimum responsibilities are:
Accurately log service requests (extra lifts, bulk items, recycling pickups) in TRUX.
Verify the accuracy of data before entering it in TRUX.
Enter and maintain records for Customer agreements, service modifications (increases, decreases) in TRUX.
Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks to meet deadlines.
Input details for special load requests (e.g., cleanups, waste audits, food waste destruction) and coordinate container arrangements in TRUX.
Update container-related issues (locks, lids, chains, repairs, exchanges) in TRUX and forward to repair shop.
Enter payment information, update customer account details, and research billing inquiries in TRUX.
Maintain accurate records for inter-district service coordination and special service setups.
2 years of accurate high-volume Data Entry experience
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Competitive Wages: up to 55k annually
Consistent Schedule: 8AM to 5PM
