This role is onsite based out of Toronto, Ontario.

We're building a world-class data platform at Tenstorrent, and we’re looking for a Data Engineering Intern to help lead the charge. This role is all about building reliable pipelines, shaping data architecture, and enabling teams across the company to make smarter, faster decisions.

 

Who You Are

  • Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience in relational databases.
  • Comfortable working with Airflow, Terraform, and AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, etc.).
  • Focused on automation, quality, and self-serve data experiences.
  • Confident navigating ambiguous, greenfield projects in a fast-moving environment.

What We Need

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree, or a masters or doctorate program in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering Science or a related field.
  • Build scalable batch and streaming pipelines end-to-end.
  • Partner with teams to translate messy inputs into trusted, analytics-ready data.
  • Champion best practices in automation, monitoring, and infrastructure as code.
  • Help evolve our hybrid-cloud data platform and tools.
