What you’ll do
Leverages coding best practices to ensure efficient execution of code against large datasets.
Runs standard processes to ensure metrics, reports, and insights are delivered consistently to stakeholders.
Applies knowledge of data structures to prepare data for ingestion and analysis, assembling data from disparate sources for the creation of insights.
Integrates Equifax, customer, and third-party data to solve basic analytical problems and reports findings to managers and internal stakeholders.
Reviews code output for anomalies and performs analysis to determine the cause, then collaborates with Data, Analytics, Product, and Technology counterparts to implement corrective measures.
Supports discussions on the impact and importance of findings on the business.
Ensures proper use of Equifax data assets by working closely with data governance and compliance professionals.
What experience you need
Bachelor's or Technical degree in a Data Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field.
1-2 years of professional experience performing data analysis in a relevant field.
1-2 years of hands-on experience applying technical capabilities including SQL, BigQuery, R, Python, MS Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, or Looker.

Proven knowledge of AI technology (through education or professional work).
An active and relevant cloud platform certification (e.g., in cloud architecture, development, or machine learning).
A portfolio of past Looker dashboard and reporting projects.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated experience working successfully in cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
