Role Purpose
The Customer Support Specialist will support our team by handling administrative tasks, order processing, and procurement, while gradually taking on direct customer interaction. This role is key to ensuring flexibility and continuity across our small team, which manages large and medium-sized technical projects, service projects, and direct order handling.
Key Responsibilities
Support project managers in delivering large and medium-sized technical projects.
Handle administrative tasks such as order creation, invoicing, and documentation.
Coordinate and follow up on procurement activities.
Assist with service projects and direct order handling.
Gradually take responsibility for customer communication and relationship management.
Ensure processes and tasks are well-documented to enable team flexibility.
Qualifications
Experience in project administration or project management, preferably in a technical environment.
Financial knowledge
Knowledge of order processing and financial follow-up.
Advantage: experience with electrical or automation projects.
Strong IT skills (ERP systems, MS Office).
