If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Infobip is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Customer Success/ Sales Intern.


What you'll do:

  • Proactively working on hand-raisers and inquiries from all Self-Service customers to ensure their high-quality experience, resulting in their satisfaction and further growth.
  • Building strong relationships and generating new business opportunities for the Infobip sales team.
  • Educating the customer base on the nuances of the product to unlock value
  • Finding ways to increase user adoption/activation.
  • Actively suggesting how to improve UX on Self Service.
  • Retaining current customers and analysing their consumption.
  • Having an excellent overview of business, competition, and latest industry trends.
  • Engaging and collaborating with different teams to optimize Self-service workflow.
  • Creating flows and resolving frictions in Self-service by working closely with Product team.

What makes you a strong fit:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Administration, Economics, or a related field and you can work full-time.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problems.
  • A proficient user of Excel.
  • Highly fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in any additional language is considered advantageous, especially in French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
  • Interest in working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.
  • Proactively engages customers with a consultative, solution-orientated approach in discovering new opportunities.
  • You can work independently and as part of a team.
  • You are available to start with internship on February 9th, 2026.
  • You hold valid student rights from „Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months). 


Internship timeline:

  • Application deadline (4th of January)
  • CV screening & Interview with Talent Acquisition (During December & January
  • Recruitment task (home assignments) (During December & January)
  • Interview with Hiring team and selection process feedback (January)
  • Start of internship program (February 9th)
  • Orientation week in Zagreb Infobip campus (February 9th - 13th)
  • Working with the mentor and within a team (February - August)
  • End of the Internship program (August)


What the team says about this position: 

As an intern in the Digital Customer Success  team, I collaborated closely with multiple teams across Infobip, including Engineering, Sales, and UX. By engaging directly with customers, I gained deep product knowledge and valuable insights into user experience. This exposure helped me understand Infobip products from the customer’s perspective, which improved the quality of my communication with clients.

My responsibilities included educating customers about Infobip’s product stack, supporting their growth and retention, and identifying opportunities for improvement to share with engineering and other departments. I was an active participant in teamwork by automating workflows, contributing to projects, and maintaining constant communication within and beyond my team. Through this collaboration, I developed greater confidence in my knowledge, knowing that every insight and opinion was valued.

This role provided me with hands-on experience in cross-functional collaboration and strengthened my professional skills.
