You’ll be the operational backbone for the Customer Success ("Success") team at Max Retail. Your mission is to take the admin and coordination load off of our Success team so they can focus on retention, relisting cadence, and seller growth. You’ll keep our pipeline clean, build targeted seller lists, drive integrations (POS/eComm), prioritize opportunities, and run the playbooks that re-activate and expand accounts. In other words, you make the engine run smoothly.
