Expect a fast-paced, high-energy environment where no two days are the same. From helping customers navigate online banking hiccups to resolving card disputes and tackling complex regulatory queries, you’ll be the calm in the storm — delivering clear, confident solutions with a smile.
 

Whether it’s a quick chat at the counter or a deep dive into a tricky issue, you’ll need to think on your feet, stay cool under pressure, and bring your best self to every conversation. If you’ve got personality plus and a passion for people, this is your stage.

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?

We’d like to hear from experienced customer service professionals who are confident in speaking with customers and stakeholders, who have strong administration and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and process.

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in administration and customer service, within consumer banking or a related field is essential 
  • Strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry, including compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and commitments in a complex and dynamic environment
  • Tech savvy – able to assist our customers with our digital platforms
  • Effective delivery of results, meeting expectations and adapting to changing business needs and conflicting customer/stakeholder priorities
  • Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance is preferred
