We’re looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) who loves animals, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. As the first and last point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every visit is positive, efficient, and caring.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism in person and on the phone
Schedule appointments, manage daily calendars, and confirm upcoming visits
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records in our practice management software
Prepare invoices, process payments, and review estimates with clients
Communicate clearly and compassionately about services, procedures, and wellness plans
Coordinate with technicians and veterinarians to ensure smooth patient flow
Assist with client education and follow-up calls (e.g., reminders, post-visit check-ins)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Uphold clinic protocols regarding confidentiality, patient safety, and client service standards
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in animal science, business, or a related field is a plus
Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills—both verbal and written
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
A positive attitude, a team-player mindset, and a love for pets are a must
