Join our dynamic, culture-driven customer experience team and make a real impact! We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our WA Team in our Rivervale Store Support Centre.

 

 

This CSO role operates Monday to Friday role and will report directly to your Workflow Coordinator in your states support office.  As a CSO in the CST you will work with your team onsite 3 days a week with the ability to work from home for the remaining two days. You will be provided a work laptop to complete your duties in-store and from home.

 
As a trusted partner, you'll generate sales through warm leads from our Frame & Truss team and deliver quick, accurate quotes to support our account management teams. You'll provide top-notch customer service and advice, ensuring accurate order entry, pricing, and product information. By working with our CRM system, you'll keep everything streamlined and efficient. With a continuous improvement mindset, you'll listen to and act on customer feedback to enhance relationships and retention. Be part of a team that's empowered to excel and have a red-hot go!

 

As a Customer Service Officer, you will:

  • Process Purchase Orders for our Clients
  • Provide quotes
  • Manage Incoming / outgoing communication - Emails and calls
  • Assist with Inventory checking
  • Be the conduit between our customer service teams & order fulfilment sites
  • Build great strong relationships with all Internal stakeholders
  • Support accurate orders for our account management teams
  • Work with our CRM system stakeholders to ensure all interactions are delivered through this system to become one point for our customers
  • Listen & action customer feedback to improve overall customer service experience whilst supporting the relationship and retention of our customer base

 

Who we’re looking for:

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be a highly driven individual with a passion for Best Experience. You will have previous experience using COS and possess excellent communication skills and an ability to problem solve.  You must be able to wear many hats, have excellent time management and understand KPI’s and exceeding customer expectations.
