About You
You’re organized, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift but excellence stays constant. You love problem-solving and don’t shy away from learning new systems or tools to make processes better.
You’ll succeed in this role if you:
Are comfortable working in 5:00 P.M to 2:00 A.M shifts.
Have a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain support.
Are fluent in French (minimum B2 level) and comfortable communicating with international customers.
Have strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word) and are eager to build deeper expertise in SAP, Service Cloud, and OCR tools.
Can juggle multiple tasks — from responding to inquiries to processing orders — without losing focus or accuracy.
Value teamwork and open communication and believe in delivering quality through collaboration.
Your daily impact will include:
Managing customer purchase orders through the entire order fulfillment cycle using SAP.
Processing manual and OCR-based orders accurately and on time.
Coordinating with internal teams (sales, distribution, pricing, transportation) to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handling returns, cancellations, and quality complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Supporting continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and embracing LEAN culture principles.
Maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external customers while consistently achieving KPIs like order entry cycle time and phone quality metrics.
