Keys responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily customer interactions with the company. Enhance the level of customer satisfaction to increase revenue and anticipate and solve customer problems.
  • Drive business growth and market share through engagement with customers. Ensure multi-functional alignment to customers' needs.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate invoice process.
  • Attend to customer queries at counter providing solutions or reaching out to colleagues to resolve same.
  • Will be assigned other related activities in view to achieving service efficiency at counter.
  • In charge of Deposit refund and promote online refund
  • Monitors and ensures timely service response to any customer enquiry

Who we are looking for:

  • Should have tertiary degree
  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience within Import/Export in customer service capacity
  • Disciplined & pro-active
  • Clients products and logistics needs knowledge
  • Exposure to continuous improvement techniques
  • Teamwork & stakeholder management
  • Process Excellence
  • Communication Skills in English and French
  • System: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, RKEM, Trakit- Case Management - Solar, GCSS, CODS.
