Job Description:

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you are a commercially minded, detail-oriented, and creative prioritize who thrives in dynamic environments. Your role involves implementing and managing communication strategies, refining workflows, creating campaign dashboards, and managing customer data. You collaborate closely with various teams to support CX Digital Engagement efforts and ensure seamless operations.

How You Will Make Your Mark:

  • Formulate and define system scope and objectives using knowledge of information technology and industry knowledge/requirements.
  • Content Creation: Identify key messages and create engaging content for various channels.
  • Production Management: Oversee the creation of communication materials such as brochures, videos, and social media content.
  • Effectiveness Monitoring: Analyze the impact of communication efforts and make necessary adjustments.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest communication trends and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners.
  • Document requirements specifications using high-maturity methods, processes, and tools.
  • Support requirements management and change management processes.
  • Support aspects of the business cycle, including proposals, feasibility studies, and implementations.
  • Consider the business implications of applying technology to the current business environment.

About You :

  • 3+ years of daily work with Totango or Hubspot; Academy certifications in Marketing Hub, Inbound, Digital Marketing, RevOps are highly desirable.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, proficiency in digital media, and the ability to analyze data and trends.
  • 3+ years of daily work in Salesforce, including building reports and dashboards in Salesforce; familiarity with Google Analytics or other BI & data visualization platforms.
  • 3+ years experience with supporting account-based marketing motion and ownership of prospect data enrichment in a Sales-led SaaS company. Familiarity specifically with 6Sense or Demand Base is highly desirable.
  • Program Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-versed in HTML, Figma, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint
  • Video and script creation.
  • Cross-team coordination
  • Familiarity with working with Brand Central Templates, Seismic, SharePoint
  • Proficient in Agile Methodology, with hands-on experience in implementing Agile practices and principles to enhance project management and team collaboration.
