What this role is all about
As a Customer Data Analyst Intern , you will be actively involved in day-to-day data operations, helping prepare reports, maintain dashboards, and analyze customer data. You’ll learn how to translate raw data into insights that support customer growth teams in their day-to-day operations.
What you'll do:
- Maintain data hygiene by analyzing, cleaning, and unifying data sources.
- Generate and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and interactive dashboards in CRM and BI tools, ensuring data is accurate and easy to access.
- Monitor data on our platform to provide insights that enhance user experience and drive retention.
- Conduct daily analysis and identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement across the platform.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in data quality, reporting processes, and overall analytics capabilities.
- Conduct forecasting analyses using historical and current data to predict trends.
- Source and identify data and insights for time-critical and strategic decision making.
- Assist in developing presentations and detailed reports that translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Learn to work with advanced analytics and visualization tools to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Proactively identify challenges within analytics, trends or operational processes, propose data-driven improvements, and support implementation to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in building AI-driven tools that improve how we forecast, discover opportunities, and analyze customer behavior and understand their needs.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business or technical field and you can work full-time.
- Familiarity or interest with CRM tools.
- Experience in BI tools and Excel.
- Familiarity with Amplitude or similar analytics tools.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- You are available to start with internship on February 9th, 2026.
- You hold valid student rights from „Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months).
Internship timeline:
- Application deadline (4th of January)
- CV screening & Interview with Talent Acquisition (During December & January)
- Recruitment task (home assignments) (During December & January)
- Interview with Hiring team and selection process feedback (January)
- Start of internship program (February 9th)
- Orientation week in Zagreb Infobip campus (February 9th - 13th)
- Working with the mentor and within a team (February - August)
- End of the Internship program (August)
