What this role is all about

As a Custom Solution Support Intern you’ll have the opportunity to learn and contribute to our dynamic team. This role focuses on providing post go-live support for customers using custom integration solutions and custom cloud solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Go through our onboarding program to learn about our products, solutions, and business
  • Be matched with a mentor to ensure maximum benefit from this program for you
  • Learn how custom integrations interact with Infobip’s central platform
  • Support and maintain custom middleware monitoring in collaboration with Integration Services Engineers
  • Learn how to provide post-go-live support for customer inquiries and problems in varying critical and non-critical situations
  • Grow your technical expertise in many areas while also focusing on our all-in-one messaging solution, mGate
  • Help with improving internal processes, customer experience, and the quality of service we provide
  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to coordinate client-related activities
  • Learn best practices related to databases, networking, and security for maintenance and troubleshooting

What makes you a strong fit:

  • Are a final year undergraduate student in search of academic internship/on-the-job training (OJT) within a multinational company.
  • Are available for work 30+ h/weekly
  • Have educational background in engineering, technology, or other equivalent IT fields.
  • Are interested in working with databases, networking, and/or simple code.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • You are available to start work on February 9th, 2026.
  • You hold valid student rights from „Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months).

Internship timeline:

  • Application deadline (4th of January)
  • CV screening & Interview with Talent Acquisition (During December & January) 
  • Recruitment task (home assignments) (During December & January)
  • Interview with Hiring team and selection process feedback (January)
  • Start of internship program (February 9th)
  • Orientation week in Zagreb Infobip campus (February 9th - 13th)
  • Working with the mentor and within a team (February - August)
  • End of the Internship program (August)
