Current Intelligence and Operations Support Analyst 1

Mobius is seeking a Current Intelligence and Operations Support Analyst. Intelligence Analysts shall perform technical intelligence analyses; develop and deliver special studies, briefings, papers, executive correspondence, and reports; and interact with IC senior leaders and analysts to acquire the intelligence required to respond to RFIs and inquiries from across MDA. The analysts shall research, write, and publish daily, weekly, and monthly current intelligence products for distribution to MDA customers. Each duty day, the contractor shall develop and deliver the Director’s Daily Intelligence Read Book to all four duty locations at a locally specified time. The contractor shall author, deliver and present reports and briefings to the MDA Senior leadership 24/7, including the Program Elements, during periods of heightened national interest. The contractor shall identify and post relevant content to the Missile Intelligence Secure Link (MISL) portal site. The contractor shall produce ad hoc threat topic intelligence documents such as reports, white papers, technical data, briefings, and assessments. The contractor shall plan and organize meetings, conferences and symposia, as directed by Intelligence Division Government staff.

Duties of a Current Intelligence and Operations Support Analyst may include: 

• Conduct technical analyses for relevance to missile defense on all products obtained, developed and/or delivered to MDA leadership.
• Develop, produce, and deliver special studies, briefings, papers, RFI responses, executive correspondence, and reports at all levels of classification.
• In conjunction with Government analysts, print and assemble hard copies of Intelligence Division intelligence read books at SCI and Collateral levels each duty day and deliver them to authorized customers across MDA IAW current Intelligence Division SOPs and OIs.
• Augment the five GS-13 Government staff at the IWC in COS to perform Intelligence Watch Operations 24/7 and to research, assess, develop, coordinate, report, deliver, and brief intelligence information impacting missile defense.

• Identify, update and post content to MISL on the MDA C-Net such as Daily Intelligence Summaries, daily intelligence briefings, intelligence products relevant to MDA and missile defense as described in this SOW.
• Research, develop and deliver information, data and/or documents. Support meetings and working groups to include planning, coordinating, facilitating and participating in meetings and working groups; and, prepare after action reports (AARs). Provide information, updates, white papers, technical data, briefings, answers to operational issues, and other intelligence support.

• Provide 24/7 watch shifts. The watch shifts run from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm {day shift) and 6:00 pm to 6:00 am {mid shifts), 7 days of mids in a row, followed by 7 days off. After the off period, the watchstander will perform another seven shifts in a row in the alternate time period.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years’ experience in intelligence analysis and/or CCMD/IC/MDA watch center and operations support
• Will be trained as watchstanders and will regularly or primarily man the 24/7 Intelligence Watch

Education 

• Associates or higher degree in relevant field such as history, political science, sociology, or other social science fields.

Clearance 

• Active TS with SCI eligibility
