As a Culture and Engagement Intern at Rocket Companies, you'll make a meaningful impact by providing crucial support to team members during times of need. You will work closely with Business Program Managers to manage day-to-day operations of key programs. This role offers unique opportunities to contribute to team member experience initiatives, while developing valuable skills in empathy, communication, and program coordination.
About the role
Process incoming requests with attention to detail and compassion
Coordinate condolence flowers and gifts for team members experiencing difficult times
Send awareness emails to impacted team members' leadership and support teams
Process program requests to provide timely assistance to team members in need
Coordinate gift cards and other means of support for team members facing challenging life circumstances
Reach out to leaders to follow up on milestone anniversary e-card completion
Support additional culture-building initiatives
About you
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with an interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Demonstrated empathy and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, event planning, or administrative support
Familiarity with HR systems and processes
Interest in employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
Experience coordinating projects or events
