ISS STOXX is actively hiring for Senior CRM Test Engineer to join our Corporate Applications Team in Mumbai (Goregaon East), India.
Overview:
We are presently seeking a Corporate App Tools QA Tester/Change Mgmt coordinataor to enhance, maintain and support our Salesforce. ServiceNow, Netsuite and HubSpot application systems. The position is a key member of the ISS Information Technology team. Corporate Apps are mission critical applications supporting sales, client services, marketing, Finance and operation teams ensuring delivery and financial reporting of ISS’s products and services. Quality is key, as well as the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into a technical and functional testing.
Responsibilities:
Proactively engage and support application teams to resolve data and system issues, gather requirements, and improve workflows and functionality.
Review business requirements and translate them into testing specifications.
Design, document, and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce.com, HubSpot, and financial corporate systems.
Conduct production and QA testing activities, including pre- and post-launch validation to ensure business needs are met.
Research and troubleshoot issues independently within established Service Level Agreements.
Assist with data imports/exports and maintain integrations across SFDC, expense, financial, and other corporate systems.
Manage change releases: validate tickets, share release notes, ensure post-production validation, and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure adherence to configuration and release management principles.
Collaborate with other ISS teams to resolve technical issues and communicate request status.
Support the design and implementation of new testing processes and enhancements.
Apply industry best practices, frameworks, and methods.
Work effectively in a multi-location, agile development environment with flexible processes and changing requirements.
Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Maintain a sense of urgency and focus on delivery dates and project completion.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
5+ years of professional experience in an IT organization.
3+ years of experience in software application testing.
Hands-on experience with QA/software testing or development, including scripting or coding in any programming language.
Familiarity with AI tools or experience applying AI/ML techniques to improve QA processes.
Ability to learn new concepts and business processes rapidly.
Experience with Excel data analysis (formulas, pivot tables, LOOKUPs etc).
Proven ability to deliver solutions to real customer problems, especially in Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
Understands agile framework.
Good understanding of API, system and data security.
