Credentialing Coordinator

What will your job look like?

The Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for obtaining and verifying appropriate credentialing documentation for all necessary MTM and/or Ride Right stakeholders including, but not limited to: Drivers, Members, vehicles, and Transportation Providers.  This is a critical function of our business and must be completed with a high level of accuracy.

Must be located in the PST or MST time zones. The hours will be reflect Monday-Friday 8am-5pm pst with every 6th Saturday from 8am-12pm pst.

What you’ll do:

  • Accurately follow the credentialing protocols of Network and Client contracts
  • Review credentialing documents and determine whether compliance standards have been met;   escalate to Legal Department as necessary
  • Ensure timely review of all documents
  • Make educated approval decisions based on assessment results
  • Lead calibration meetings in order to ensure compliance of stakeholders, nationwide
  • Maintain adherence to MTM’s Service Agreements
  • Maintain metrics related to credentialing activity
  • Review the list of stakeholders that are currently not in compliance or those who are at-risk of becoming non-compliant and make appropriate determinations
  • Audit to ensure stakeholder compliance and communicate any necessary updates
  • Determine approval or rejection of stakeholder credentials
  • Make process recommendations to Legal Department, in efforts to improve quality and process
  • Audit contractual documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Run sanction checks, as required

What you’ll need:

Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience with data entry

Skills:

  • The ability to retain knowledge of various governmental and company requirements for transportation providers and their supporting staff
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all Client, Provider, and Company interactions
  • Ability to identify and respond to customer needs and circumstances
  • Ability to make educated decisions
  • Ability to acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of department process and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exemplary communications skills
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and situations effectively
  • Knowledge of Microsoft systems such as Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Regular attendance is required

Hourly Wage: $18.000
