Responsibilities
- Conduct and coordinate clinical monitoring activities to ensure flawless execution of research protocols
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project needs and timelines
 - Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standards
 - Maintain accurate and comprehensive study documentation
 - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
 - Enhance communication among collaborators to improve research outcomes
 - Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the study
 
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences or related field
 - Minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience
 - Strong understanding of GCP and regulatory requirements
 - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Diligent with outstanding organizational abilities
 - Ability to travel as required
