Job Summary
As a Corporate Development Intern, you will support the team in evaluating strategic initiatives for M&A and organic growth. This role offers exposure to high-impact projects and senior leadership, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct industry and company research to support M&A pipeline development
Assist in financial modeling and valuation analyses for potential transactions
Prepare presentations and investment memos for executive leadership
Support due diligence efforts across functional teams
Track market trends and competitive intelligence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including corporate development, and business unit teams to identify potential acquisition targets, synergies, and risks
Required Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies
Currently pursuing an undergrad degree (currently sophomore or junior)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Proficiency in Excel and Power Point; experience with financial modeling preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Prior internship or work experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy is a plus
