POSITION SUMMARY:
As an integral member of Cencora’s Global Compliance Monitoring team, the Compliance Program Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the operational and administrative functions of the company’s compliance program. This position is responsible for providing case management support, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and escalations, and contributing to Cencora’s commitment to maintaining ethical business practices.
The Compliance Program Coordinator serves as a key liaison to Compliance Officers, providing guidance and support for cases that require follow-up or clarification. Additionally, this role is responsible for administering compliance systems, ensuring data accuracy, and facilitating effective communication across the compliance function.
Reporting into the Global Compliance Monitoring leadership, the Compliance Program Coordinator contributes to the Office of Compliance’s efforts to monitor adherence to the company’s Code of Conduct, compliance policies, and applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will bring a detail-oriented mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and a passion for fostering a culture of compliance and integrity.
Case Management & Monitoring:
Perform monitoring and management of compliance cases, including Conflicts of Interest, Business Gratuities, and Sponsorships.
Ensure submitted cases contain complete and accurate information and are addressed or resolved in a timely manner.
Document exceptions identified from compliance monitoring processes into Navex or other compliance systems.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate effectively with Compliance Officers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on compliance initiatives.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and across multiple time zones
Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, escalations, and system-related issues.
Policy Application & Analysis:
Gain a deep understanding of Cencora’s Compliance policies and apply critical thinking to correlate casework with policy requirements.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and creation of ad-hoc/continuous monitoring reports to support compliance special projects and ongoing monitoring efforts.

System Administration & Data Management:
Administer compliance systems, including managing user access and maintaining system integrity.
Team Collaboration & Support:
Provide backup support to other compliance coordinator team member during PTO or emergency situations.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment by managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities.
Governance & Documentation:
Adhere to compliance policy governance standards and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and decisions.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum of 2 years of administrative or case coordination experience, preferably in Compliance, Legal, or a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceutical, healthcare, or financial services).
· Bachelor’s degree in business, law, compliance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
· Experience with compliance systems such as Navex, Archer, PowerDMS, or other case management platforms is highly preferred.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
· Enjoys the challenge of balancing competing priorities and achieving deadlines.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and SmartSheet
· Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau, or other data visualization platforms to support reporting and monitoring
· Strong data entry, reporting, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
· Ability to quickly learn and navigate compliance software systems.
· Familiarity with compliance concepts, practices, and procedures, especially in regulated industries.
· Understanding of corporate governance, ethics, and compliance frameworks.
