THE JOB:
As a Cook at Bellagio's Sadelle's, you will expertly apply your culinary techniques to craft delicious dishes that delight our guests. Your friendly smile and attentive service will enhance the overall guest experience, allowing you to connect with them and understand their unique stories and needs. Join us in creating unforgettable WOW moments that guests will cherish long after their stay!
THE STARTING RATE: $26.6831 Hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques
Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service
Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups
Work as a team, assist all guests' needs and inquiries
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
1+ years of prior relevant experience preferred
Formal Culinary training preferred
