Your role will sit within the CommSec COO Quality Assurance Team. You will be responsible for supporting the CommSec Customer Engagement and Broking teams through reviewing phone and written communications with customers to ensure that we are delivering a superior customer experience and adhering to business practices to minimise risks.
Do work that Matters
You will play a critical role within the business by performing quality assurance reviews across CommSec Customer Engagement and Broking.
More specifically you will
Perform quality assurance call and email reviews across CommSec Customer Engagement and Broking including bilingual reviews
Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to support leaders and the frontline in having quality conversations with our customers
Identify and present trends, gaps and risks at both an individual and centre level.
Ensure compliance and operational risk incidents are identified and raised in a timely manner
We're interested in hearing from people who have
Essential:
Detailed or SME knowledge of equities and stockbroking.
Mandarin language skills, with strong spoken and written communication.
A risk mindset and demonstrate the ability to identify and manage risk.
Stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail.
Desirable:
Exposure to CommSec.
Cantonese language skills
Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, or related subjects.
