Your role
As a Contract Administrator, you’ll manage major transport infrastructure contracts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You may act as an Administrator, Administrator’s Representative, or Principal’s Representative, collaborating with project teams, stakeholders, and external authorities.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the administration of high-value transport infrastructure contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with TMR standards, procedures, and contract conditions.
  • Coordinate with teams, stakeholders, and local authorities.
  • Manage project quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Lead and mentor teams of engineers, technical staff, and advisors.
  • Monitor project delivery, expenditure, and performance, driving continuous improvement.
  • Prepare reports and briefing notes on project progress, costs, and key issues.

What you’ll bring

  • DTMR Prequalification Level CA02 or CA03 is mandatory
  • Minimum 5 years post-RPEQ registration experience for prequalification level CA02 and 10 years post-RPEQ registration experience for CA03, in complex road and transport infrastructure contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience in the administration of AS2124 style contracts such as Transport Infrastructure Contracts, Construct Only (TIC-CO), AS4300 style Design and Construct (D&C) Contracts, relational contracts, or Collaborative Project Agreements (CPA) or Alliance.
  • Expertise across multiple infrastructure disciplines (earthworks, drainage, ITS, pavements, bridges, retaining walls).
  • Strong consultation, conflict resolution, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects to TMR policies, standards, and specifications.
