Airgas is Hiring for a Contract Administrator for our Tulsa, OK location


The Contract Administrator performs clerical and administrative tasks, with a high degree of
accuracy, for the Sales and Marketing Department, Legal and V.P. of Bulk. Duties include data entry,
interacting with internal and external customers and any other general duties as required. Establishes a process for continuous and accurate file maintenance for all Product Sale Agreements (PSA's) and
related documents.

  • Previous SAP experience a plus

  • Contract Administration a plus but will train someone who has good attention to detail and is willing to learn.

The Contract Administrator performs clerical and administrative tasks, with a high degree of accuracy, for the Sales and Marketing Department, Legal and V.P. of Bulk. Duties include data entry, interacting with internal and external customers and any other general duties as required. Establishes a process for continuous and accurate file maintenance for all Product Sale Agreements (PSA's) and related documents.

  • Process all customer information packages and take appropriate action to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Process requests for updates, corrections and additions to existing customer accounts
  • Set up and maintain customer account information, including: Product Sale Agreements, Addendums, Riders Customer billing and shipping addresses Customer contact information Pricing and Billing Profiles Purchase Orders Contract Information
  • Assist with implementation of Price Increase Plans in accordance with customer contract terms
  • Administer implementation of auxiliary charges as required
  • Assist with customer inquiries, discrepancies and disputes, and ensure prompt resolution in accordance with company policy and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage expiration and notification of contracts, pricing and purchase orders
  • Maintain customer contract files and customer account files in accordance with company's policies and procedures
  • Process all special handling requirements for customers
  • Prepare and processes Billing Adjustments
  • File and Maintain Uniform Commercial Code Documentation
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for regional management as requested
  • Ensure proper regional administration of sales incentive programs
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of region administrative processes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diplomas, some college helpful.
  • 3+ years administrative or clerical experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines
  • SAP knowledge and experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
