Our team runs Security.CBA and CyberControls.CBA, two internal support sites dedicated to helping colleagues across the Group understand and manage key Cyber Security risks and information.
The Content Manager will own both sites, continuing to enhance them as resources which enable our colleagues to easily understand security information and required actions, a critical element of our long-term service and support strategy.
Do work that matters:
- Drive the development and end to end management of two linked SharePoint sites which provide education and support for managing key security topics.
- Oversee campaign and activities to promote the site and increase user and service adoption
- Understand and translate complex information from a range of subject matter experts and develop easy to understand education/enablement materials and guidance for key stakeholders/internal customers so they understand what they need to know and do to meet their security accountabilities
- Coordinate writing, editing, publication and distribution of content and learning artefacts, housed on two SharePoint sites. Improve and maintain existing content
- Understand and advocate for digital content as a data source for a bespoke security chat bot (ChatSec). Work closely with the bot engineers to improve the quality and breadth of responses
- Understand our customers’ experience and act as an advocate for their needs; develop strong effective relationships with key stakeholders and influence their thinking and approach
- Track and report on site usage (including audience reach, awareness, understanding etc.) and make recommendations based on data.
We’re interested in hearing from people who:
- Demonstrate strong experience in content ideation, strategy, and creation experience
- Has experience in creating roadmaps and project managing these to fruition
- Is an experienced content writer and editor
- Designs and strategises content with UX and HCD principles front of mind
- Has experience optimising content for chatbot and AI discovery
- Has intermediate knowledge of LLM and Agentic chat bots
- Extensive experience in managing a diverse group of stakeholders with the ability to translate technical terms to a non-technical audience.
- Are autonomous, accountable, flexible, team players
